Caroline Henry won at #3 doubles but the Lopers picked up wins at the other two spots to earn the point and take a 1-0 lead.

Anastasia Pesic scored the lone point for the Hornets. She took a 6-2, 6-1 win at #6 singles.
Angelina Gnezdilova did go to a third set tie breaker before falling 6-5, 7-5, 1-0 (10-5) at #1 singles.

Emporia State is back in action on Sunday when they play host to Fort Hays State. First serve from the Kossover Complex is set for 11:00 a.m.
