Box Score 2 March 11, 2023 - Emporia State tennis fell to Lubbock Christian 4-0 in the men's dual and 4-3 in the women's dual on Saturday from the Kossover Tennis Complex.
Men
The Hornets were unable to gain any momentum against the visiting Chaps as Lubbock Christian took the doubles point over Emporia State.
Harrison Brown and
Dominik Simunovic took #2 doubles 6-1 over the Chaps but the Hornets fell in #1 and #3 doubles.
Following the doubles matches, Emporia State fell in #1-3 singles, with two matches being pushed to a third set. Lubbock Christian earned four points in the match to take the 4-0 sweep over the Hornets.

Following the men's dual, the women dropped the doubles point as the Hornets fell in #1 and #2 doubles.
In singles, Emporia State took the first three matchups to take 3-1 lead in the dual. Lubbock Christian was able to rally in #4-6 as they took the dual 4-3 over the Hornets on Saturday evening from the Kossover Tennis Complex.
