EMPORIA STATE FALLS AT DIVISION I WICHITA STATE IN WOMEN'S TENNIS

Box Score April 6, 2022-The Emporia State women stepped up to take on Division I Wichita State on Wednesday and fell 5-2 to the Shockers in Wichita.

The Hornets dropped the first two doubles matches to fall behind 1-0 headed into singles. Emporia State was able to pick up a point in singles play from Victoria Mackova when Wichita State was not able to field a player.

Emporia State returns to MIAA action on Saturday when they travel to Fort Hays State.  First serve is set for 2:00 p.m. on the FHSU Tennis Courts.
