December 14, 2019-Nearly 20 Emporia State student-athletes were among the roughly 500 candidates for degrees conferred during the December 14, 2019 commencement ceremony in White Auditorium in Emporia. 
 
Three of the student-athletes will graduate with honors including volleyball setter Emma Dixon who will graduate Summa Cum Laude for maintaining a GPA of 3.90 or above throughout her career.
