September 29, 2015-The Emporia State men's tennis team picked up two wins in two cities on Tuesday.
The Hornets defeated Kansas Wesleyan 8-1 in Salina, Kan. in the morning, then stopped in North Newton, Kan. in the afternoon to pick up a 9-0 win over Bethel.
The next fall season action for the Hornet men will be October 7 against Friends at the Milton Courts in Emporia. Before that they will play host to Cowley CC in exhibition action on October 1 on the Milton Courts and take part in the Serving for Success Alumni Invitational on Saturday, October 3 in Olathe, Kan. at the College Boulevard Activity Center.
