Men's Box Score in HTMLWomen's Box Score in HTMLSeptember 17, 2014- Emporia State tennis teams split a pair of duals with Newman on Tuesday at the EHS Courts.
The Hornet Men's tennis defeated Newman University by a score of 6-3. Emporia State won four of the six singles matches as well as two of the three doubles matches. The Hornets improve to 4-0 on the season.
The Emporia State Womens team lost to Newman 5-4. Each team won three of the singles matches a piece and the Jets took two of the three doubles matches. The Hornets are now 1-1 this season.
Both the men and women will be back in action Saturday, September 20th at 9 a.m. at the EHS Courts.
