March 29, 2013-The Emporia State men's and women's tennis teams were swept at nationally ranked Southwest Baptist on Friday in Bolivar, mo.
The Hornet men took a point at #3 doubles before falling 8-1 to the #39 Bearcats. The Emporia State women were shutout 9-0 by #35 Southwest Baptist.
The Hornets return to Emporia on Saturday for duals against Truman. The women will play at 9:00 a.m. with the men scheduled to follow at 1:00 p.m. on the Milton Courts.
