Doug Glaysher

Glaysher was a four-year letterman for the ESU basketball team from 1960-64.  He earned NAIA All-American honors after leading the Hornets to a fourth-place finish at the 1964 NAIA National Tournament.  He finished his career as the school’s second leading scorer with 1,308 points and rebounder with 669 caroms.  The Massapequa, N.Y., native earned All-CIC and All-District 10 honors in 1962, 1963 and 1964 after leading ESU in scoring in 1962 and 1963. Glaysher was selected to the All-Tournament team at the NAIA Championships and played for the NAIA Olympic All-Star team that summer.
