Emporia State University Athletics

Charlie Divitto was a four year starter at fullback for the Hornets from 1967-70.  On a team the relied heavily on the pass, he led the Hornets in rushing in 1968 with 738 yards and scored 11 rushing touchdowns on his way to honorable mention NAIA All-American honors.  He was named All-CIC and All-District 10 as a sophomore and earned NCAA All-District 6 accolades as a junior.  He was named a member of the ESU Centennial Football Team.
